Group Classes

These classes bring people together in a supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect. I offer a blend of mindful yoga, grounding meditation, breathwork, Kundalini, trauma-informed, and simple Ayurvedic wisdom to help you feel calm, strong, and centered. All bodies, all levels, and all backgrounds are welcome.

  • Classes include yoga (vinyasa, hatha, gentle, Kundalini, or restorative), meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed somatic techniques, a monthly Women’s Circle, and seasonal Ayurveda tips. Each class is themed to support the nervous system and your overall well-being.

  • Yes. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. I give options for all levels, and you're always encouraged to listen to your body.

  • Just a yoga mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (like a blanket or blocks).
